Bridging Sleeves
Bridging sleeves are an important component in pipeline repair and maintenance. They are used when there is a deformation or other anomaly that prevents a traditional sleeve from fitting directly onto the parent pipe. In these cases, tight-fitting sleeves are installed on either side of the anomaly and a bridging sleeve covers both the tight-fitting sleeves and the anomaly itself. The thickness of the tight-fitting sleeves can be adjusted to match the offset of the anomaly. Bridging sleeves offer a reliable solution for pipelines with deformations or anomalies, ensuring proper repair and continued functionality of the pipeline system.
